Join the Residential Architecture Committee on Friday, September 12 at 12:00 pm for a CRAN Build the Build tour of an under-construction North Oaks home designed by PLAAD and built by Streeter Custom Builder.

Situated along a ridge overlooking a golf course, this home is conceived in a natural, modern vernacular. The plan is arranged to the Y-shaped site, and its massing steps to follow the varied topography. The project features large cantilevers, multiple indoor outdoor spaces, a clearstory, and large pocketed sliding openings. Representatives from PLAAD and Streeter will be present to share more about the design and construction.

Registration is $25/person, or $5 for students and emerging professionals. Space is limited!
