AIA Minnesota’s local chapters have negotiated a partnership with BuildingGreen, Inc., a Vermont-based company helping architects, designers, and other sustainability professionals make their projects greener and healthier by providing consulting and training services, facilitating peer networks for sustainability leaders, and offering continuing education and access to an online knowledge base.

The partnership is being led by AIA Minneapolis in collaboration with AIA Northern Minnesota and AIA St. Paul, and aligns with AIA Minnesota’s new strategic workplan initiative to focus more resources on sustainability and climate action by accelerating the application of sustainable design practices and removing barriers to implementing design solutions that prioritize human and ecological health.
