Please join the AIA New York Women in Architecture Committee and representatives from AIA Minnesota WIA, AIA New Jersey WIA, and AIA Miami WIA, to learn about effective programs and events centered on the topics of Design & Leadership, Workplace Culture, and Professional Practice & Development.
They will demonstrate how their initiatives can improve the workplace and lay the groundwork for building a network that will strengthen the collaborative effort in elevating women in leadership roles and advancing women in the field. After the presentations, Breakout Rooms in smaller groups will provide opportunities to foster stimulating conversations with the participants and exchange of information, resources, ideas, and best practices.
