Preserve Minneapolis is teaming with Macalester College to present “Minneapolis Synagogues: A Virtual Evening Exploration” on Wednesday, April 22, 5:30 to 7 p.m. Everyone in any location is invited to participate in this virtual online presentation via Zoom.
Four students from Macalester College will present their research on four buildings associated with Minneapolis’s Jewish Community:
• Audrey Bentch: Shir Tikvah Synagogue — originally First Universalist Church of the Redeemer
• Jessi-Alex Brandon: First Universalist Church — originally Adath Jeshuren Synagogue
• Sophia Goldberg: Temple Israel Synagogue
• Tala Tabishat: African American Disciples Ministry Church — originally Mikro Kodesh Synagogue
