Architectural Project Manager | St. Paul, MN | Direct Hire | $62k – $72k Konik is partnering with a local architectural firm seeking to add an Architectural Project Manager to its team. In this role, you will be responsible for the architectural development of small to mid-sized commercial projects, from conceptual development to construction drawings and construction administration. Architectural Project Manager Responsibilities: Management of remodel, retrofit, and upgrade projects. May have oversight of a small team. Utilize Revit or AutoCAD for conceptual development and construction documents Site Surveys and on-site Construction Administration Interface with clients, vendors, contractors, and local jurisdictions Code review Architectural.

Project Manager Qualifications: Associate degree in Architectural Technology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture 4+ years of architectural experience with commercial projects Project Management experience Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is preferred Able and willing to travel nationally for site visits and assessments; comfortable moving and using a 10′ ladder Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
