Boelter’s CAD/Revit Designers are an integral part in the design process, providing expertise in all CAD and Revit capabilities.

Position Summary:
The CAD/Revit Designer, is responsible for creating the foodservice equipment construction documents which include the foodservice equipment floor plans, equipment schedules, plumbing and electrical rough-in floor plans, special conditions floor plans, interior elevations and details. The CAD/Revit Designer will work closely with the Project Manager throughout each design phase to ensure all equipment specifications and requirements are executed appropriately.

A qualified candidate shall demonstrate the following: An associate degree (or higher) in architectural design or drafting. High proficiency using CAD and/or Revit to produce a full set of construction drawings. High proficiency in written communication using Microsoft Word and Outlook. An aptitude for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is desired, but not required. A general understanding of restaurant operations, terminology and equipment is desired, but not required. The ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned workload work in a fast-paced environment.
