You can also purchase the Contract Documents Software to obtain electronic versions of the documents. The AIA Contract Documents software involves purchasing a license agreement from the AIA National office. Three different types of licenses are offered to meet different needs: Meter 300 License, Unlimited Annual License, and Multiseat License.
