The mission of the Residential Architecture Committee is to increase public awareness of the value of working with an AIA Minnesota architect in all phases of design and construction and provide a forum to elevate the practice of residential architecture.

The Residential Architecture Committee is a member of the AIA CRAN (Custom Residential Architects Network) Knowledge Community. CRAN supports all architects whose practices focus on custom residential work. CRAN committees address the unique issues related to custom residential practice and  provide a forum for an exchange of ideas and resources that affect the residential practitioners. Click here to access the CRAN forums and resources.

The committee also plans and organizes awards and feature programs throughout the year in partnership with the Star Tribune as a way to engage with the public.
