This EP Hub is the first step of the Next Gen Initiative — a collaborative and focused effort to strengthen supports for Emerging Professionals in Minnesota.
Emerging Professionals (EPs) generally include students in their final years of architecture school through professionals in their tenth year of practice. This time of transition often includes highs and lows of opportunity and challenge.
This EP Hub aims to lessen anxiety and help EPs gain traction in the profession and Minnesota’s architecture community.
Becoming proficient in the work of architecture and keeping pace as technologies and approaches change requires learning from others, across generations and peer-to-peer.
