The Minnesota Architectural Foundation offers the Clarence Wigington scholarship program, supporting students with financial need who seek to carry on the legacy of Mr. Wigington, the first Black architect licensed in Minnesota. Learn more and apply.

Local Chapter and Firm Scholarships

The U of MN, Dunwoody, and NDSU offer scholarships funded by local chapters AIA Minneapolis, AIA Northern MN, and AIA St. Paul. Local firms also support scholarships offered through local schools of architecture. Contact your school for details.

Students make this event possible! Architect-designed homes throughout the Twin Cities region are opened up to the public to tour. Architects and project team partners are at each home to talk about the design. Volunteers get free tour tickets, too!

Youth Outreach »

Work with architects and designers to connect with K-12 youth to introduce architectural concepts and architecture as a field of study and career path. Fun activities take place in summer and throughout the year, including STEM Day at the State Fair.
