The tour will be looking at the newly completed Phase I and II of the project including new buildings and additions. The client wanted to transform this historic early 20th-century Boy Scout Tonkawa Camp — nestled within forested acreage along Lake Minnetonka — into a vibrant hub for community gatherings, youth summer programs, and spiritual experiences.
This session will begin with a 30-minute general overview of the building code structure with a focus on identifying the proper occupancy classification and building construction types in order to ensure building code compliance. The remainder of the time will be discussions of potential test prep problems and Q&A.
