We focus on the role of architects and designers in furthering spatial justice and inclusivity.

We are committed to understanding and addressing historic and present inequities in the built environment. We seek to grow our depth and breadth of knowledge and that of our clients and project partners. We do so through sharing insights, developing CEs, and experiential learning (e.g., walking tours). AIA members and students are welcome to join us at any time during the year.  Reach out to committee leaders or staff to learn more.
