We provide a forum for early-career professionals to engage, connect, and create community.

We organize project tours, firm tours, social gatherings, and other educational opportunities relevant to emerging professionals. We also oversee our region’s AIA EP Friendly Firm Award in collaboration with state chapters of the North Central region.

AIA Members, architecture students, and prospective members are welcome to join us at any time during the year – as committee members or for specific events! Reach out to co-chairs or staff for more information.
