The Government Affairs Committee is focused on state government advocacy on behalf of AIA Minnesota and its members. The committee creates an annual Issues Agenda, which guides its legislative efforts. Issues are identified either as action items or items to monitor.

With experienced lobbyist/consultants, AIA Minnesota is the watchdog for issues affecting the practice of architecture. In addition, the committee is charged with building and strengthening relationships with lawmakers and industry partners. Consider participating in the Government Affairs efforts of AIA Minnesota.
