AIA Minnesota Allied membership is open to companies and individuals working in a field related to the practice of architecture. Included in this group are landscape architects, engineers, planners, interior designers, and graphic designers; professionals in government, education, industry, research, and journalism; and others who will provide a meaningful contribution by virtue of their employment, profession, or interest.

• All Allied members who attend the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design will be invited to attend the AIA Minnesota reception.
• Special access/invitation to attend a social gathering with AIA Minnesota board members, committee leaders, and firm leaders held annually. One representative per company.
• Encouraged to submit continuing education program proposals for the annual AIA Minnesota Conference on Architecture. AIA Minnesota will hold two continuing education program spots guaranteed for our most invested AIA Minnesota Allied member supporters. (We will weigh a combination of financial, time, and service involvement to determine these selections.) The AIA Minnesota Conference CE Committee will work with Allied Members selected for these two slots to ensure that their programs meet requirements and are poised for success.
• Invitation to attend the AIA Minnesota Awards events, free. Come mingle and celebrate achievements with our members.
• Opportunity to serve on select AIA Minnesota committees & knowledge communities.
• Receive Matrix e-newsletter each month.
• Receive a copy of ENTER print annual.
• Monthy receive ENTER digital .
• Allied members qualify for the member rate to attend or participate in AIA Minnesota events and the events for the local chapters (i.e. AIA Minneapolis Golf Outing, Lake Superior Design Retreat, AIA Minnesota Conference, etc.).
• Organic networking opportunities inherent to being a member of a committee/knowledge community.
• Submit AIA Minnesota Allied member news for publication in Matrix e-newsletter. (e.g., awards, staff hires or promotions of the individuals identified as AIA Minnesota Allied member designation for their company)
• Allied members can include “Allied Member of AIA Minnesota” after their name, but according to bylaws of AIA Minnesota and AIA are not permitted to use the AIA logo. 
• Allied member companies who have a paid Consultants Directory listing(s) will be recognized with allied member notation in the annual printed directory in ENTER.

• Lake Superior Design Retreat (LSDR) discount rate to sponsor or attend.
