Description
Very busy, small, established Duluth firm looking for passionate designer WITH EXPERIENCE in all aspects of highly custom residential design and construction detailing, including Schematic Design thru Construction Documentation AND site observation. Seeking a self motivated three dimensional thinker comfortable with AutoCAD (no Revit please). Good listener, friendly and kind communicator who has and is willing to clearly advocate for their point of view and is dedicated to the design PROCESS a “must”. Someone who is also a “people” person with both clients and contractors. Spacious and comfortable storefront office in downtown Duluth’s Arts District.
