PROJECT MANAGER – ARCHITECT
You’re not just joining a firm. You’re helping build one. Evolve Architects is a growing architecture firm in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, founded in 2022. We are looking for a licensed Project Manager – Architect to join our team and play an important role in shaping the future of our firm. This is an opportunity for an experienced architect who wants more than a traditional role. You’ll work directly with the Principal Architect, lead projects from concept through construction, build client relationships, mentor team members, and have a meaningful voice in the growth and direction of the company. **The position will be remote initially, with plans to establish an office as our team continues to grow. Located in Eau Claire, WI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead architectural projects from concept through completion
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, documentation, and construction administration
• Work directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Lead design and coordinate project teams
• Mentor and collaborate with team members
• Participate in proposals, presentations, and client development
• Build relationships and help bring new projects to the firm
• Represent Evolve Architects within the community and industry
• Help develop the processes, culture, and future of a growing firm

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience
• Experience across a variety of project types
• Strong project management, design, and technical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to contribute to business development
• Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and wants to help build something from the ground up
