What You’ll Do:
-Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from concept through construction
-Serve as the primary client contact, guiding projects to successful delivery
-Oversee budgets, schedules, and team coordination
-Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality, efficient design solutions
-Contribute to proposals, project planning, and strategic growth initiatives
-Mentor team members and help shape the future of the organization

About You:
-Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience
-Have led projects, managed clients, and oversaw budgets/schedules
-Experience in healthcare, commercial, government, or complex building types a plus
